Byodo-In Temple | Windward, O'ahu

Once you cross this bridge, it's like you're in another place...Japan! This replica of the Byodo-In Temple in Uji, Japan is nestled behind the Valley of the Temple memorial and up against the lush Ko'olau Mountain Range. It's absolutely beautiful and peaceful.

There are three main attractions: the Amida Buddha, which is located in the main temple, the sacred bell, and the meditation pavilion. Take a relaxing stroll through the grounds taking in the sights and sounds of nature.
