I had a chance to visit Paradise Cove Luau recently and thoroughly enjoyed every moment of it. While I missed the hukilau and other pre-activities (due to traffic!), I made it just in time for this beautiful sunset. With cocktail in hand, we took in this view of the west side before heading to the buffet.
